Step 7.1 – Before you consider a Contract Offer

      You have consented to your Online Folder information being reviewed by our Associates, potential  Employers, or the Oz Government

      You must be prepared to submit any additional Declarations or Documents that may be request

      You consent to participate in Face-to-Face or Electronic interviews provided any costs are negotiated and agreed prior to the event taking place

      When presented with a Contract Offer you agree to not ‘unreasonably’ withhold acceptance

      Proven or perceived reluctance by you to participate in negotiations could prove an irreparable barrier to your ever obtaining a Contract Offer

Step 7.2 – The process of considering a Contract Offer

      Once a Contract Offer is matched to your Online Folder:

·         the Contract is logged as ‘Contract Offered’ on the database

·         our Associates will advise YOU privately of the details

·         you will also received MAIL to confirm a Contract Offer has been forwarded to you

·         you must confirm via MAIL that you have received the Contract Offer

      You must now consider the Contract Offer:

·          evaluate and decide as quickly as you can because Contract Offers have a limited ‘Contract Offered’ period

·          before they are ‘released’ and become freely available for acceptance by other Sub-Contractors

      Once you have decided to either ‘accept or reject’ a Contract Offer:

·          you must immediately ‘Notify Us’ by MAIL

      If you reject a Contract Offer:

·          you are expected to explain in detail why the Contract Offer does not suit you

·          and if your reasons are considered ‘valid’

·          other ‘matched’ Contract Offers will be passed on to you for consideration

      If you have rejected Contract Offers - and your reasons are considered ‘invalid’:

·          then we have the right to Terminate your OLS^® Membership

Step 7.3 – Once you accept a Contract Offer

      If you accept a Contract Offer we immediately confirm your acceptance with our Associates

      Acceptance is considered to be ‘Your Official Authority’ for our Associates to finalise negotiations on behalf of your company and the employer

      Your Online Folder will be ‘tagged’ as ‘Contract Offer Accepted’ on all our Associates Databases

      Once you have a signed Contract you may be expected to, without undue delay, be in a position to start your Contract

      You must advise our Associates immediately if you have any queries or concerns about your Contract or meeting your obligations

      We will contact you when we are informed by our Associates that all arrangements for your arrival are in place

      From now on your life will change rapidly as you are close to starting your Contract

 Step 7.4 – Your next Step

      Our Associates will now contact you and start the negotiations for Your-9^th-Step^®

      The negotiations will ensure that all the necessary arrangements are defined and accepted by both parties – being the Employer & your Company
