You apply for OLS® Sub-Contractor status

 No Service Fee

Step 5.1 Before you apply for Sub-Contractor status

You must have been advised by MAIL that your Online Folder has been evaluated as acceptable by our Associates

Now that your Online Folder has been accepted as being suitable for inclusion in our Associates Sub-Contractor Databases - we need to ensure you are committed

Why? – because we cannot impose on our Associates, and potential employers, by including ‘Maybe Contractors’ into their Databases

Therefore if you are ‘still unsure’ about - if or when - then it is time to:

·          decide if you should just delay or cancel Your-5th-Step

·         and either ‘suspend’ your Membership until you are ready

·         or ‘cancel’ your Membership

Be aware that once you decide to proceed you may find:

·         you receive a Contract Offer immediately

·         you may not receive any Contract Offers for months

·         you are expected, but not obliged, to accept any reasonable Contract Offer

·         your Steps 6, 7, 8, and 9 could now follow in rapid procession

      So once again:

·         if you are not intending to accept Contract Offers

·         or are not in a position to accept Contract Offers

·         you should use the MAIL system and ‘Suspend’ your availability for a period of time
NB: You can always re-instate yourself at a later date – and your Online Folder will still be intact

Warning - should you continue however:

·         and continually ignore or refuse Contract Offers

·         or cause unwarranted problems of any kind

·         or obviously not act within the spirit of this Free Agreement

·         Then we reserve the right to Terminate your Member status

Step 5.2 You apply for Sub-Contractor status

Once you have assessed your future you will need to MAIL us your request for Sub-Contractor status

Sub-Contractor status means that we will actively start pursuing imminent or available Contract Offers on your behalf

Any Contract Offer could mean you are required to take part in Face-to-Face, Internet, or Telephonic  interviews

A Contract Offer could also require that you move within Oz

Start working within a days or weeks (if a reasonable timeframe)

It’s up-to-you to accept or reject any Contract Offers

Step 5.3 Your next Step

Wait for MAIL acknowledging your Sub-Contractor status request
