You register for OLS^® Member status

Step 1.1 – Why Register?

       By ‘Registering’ you:

·         allow OLS^® to evaluate if you qualify for ‘Member’ status

·         have started on Your-9-Step^® Path to becoming a successful ‘Sub-Contractor’

·         will automatically be subscribed to our Free Oz-RooNews^©

       By remaining a Visitor you:

·         can still browse through the OLS^® Website at any time

·         can still choose to ‘subscribe’ for your Free Oz-RooNews^© (See option Below)

·         WILL ONLY be thinking about success – while allowing others with the same qualifications - secure existing, or newly issued, Contract Offers

Step 1.2 – Before you Register

       Have you also used any other available information to ensure you are making an informed decision  

       Have you discussed this opportunity with your Family

       BUT - please don’t rush in and start filling out the Registration Form:

       Even though OLS^® uses sophisticated Web protection software we cannot be held responsible for any 3^rd Parties Web access:

·         to your Online Folder

·         or to any electronic or other communications that may be intercepted, received, posted, or read by any 3^rd Parties

       OLS^® will always use ‘MAIL’ to communicate with you:

·         either by email – for General information (unsecured)

·         or by Web Form mail – for Private information (secured)

       Access to your Online Folder during your association with OLS^® is expected to be:

·         entered by you of your own free will

·         entered by you under the protection of your Login Keys

·         in your opinion accurate, verifiable, & truthful

·         authorised by you for us to utilise, check, and validate

Step 1.3 – When you Register

       Remember to be honest and accurate - as your Online Folder will almost certainly be checked manually for validity by OLS^®, our Associates, or the Australian Government

       Any obviously misleading answers may place you on a ‘Suspect List’ that could disqualify you from future access to the OLS^® and/or other Websites

       Use the ‘Automatic Search’ facility – as it is more accurate and much easier  to use
NB: OLS^® Search - uses the latest Australian Federal Government Codes & Descriptions

       OLS^® software will query any obvious errors or omissions as you proceed through the Form - and automatically return you to the correct position – so you can amend the problem

       Remember the following:

·         the OLS^® Number (PM#) – auto-allocated at the TOP of your Form 

·         your Privacy Codes = Security Question, Security Answer, and Password

·         these codes are created by you - using your choice of characters + letters etc.

       When you believe you have finished and press ‘Submit’ – the OLS^® software again checks the entire Form to ensure that you have completed all the fields

       Important – after pressing ‘Submit’ - and before the website ‘finally accepts’ any Form:

·         you might again be asked to correct ‘new’ errors

·         so wait a few seconds and watch your screen - before you manually close the Page or your Web session

·         if you ‘do by mistake close’ without correcting any new errors the Form will be ‘rejected’ and fail to reach OLS^®

·         this means any updated information will be lost – and you need to re-entered any such information

       When your Form ‘passes all auto-checks’ and has closed correctly – OLS^® will MAIL you an ‘acknowledgement’ of your action e.g. “XYZ Form Updated””

Step 1.4 – What does Registered mean? 

       ‘Registered’ should NOT BE CONFUSED with ‘Member status’

       Registered means that:

·         the OLS^® Website Software has checked you have submitted the Membership Registration Form in an acceptable format

·         that you have entered a valid Email Address

·         that you have officially accepted our Legal Terms & Conditions

       Registered allows you full access to the Website:

·         BUT please – DO NOT start creating your Online Folder until you reach Step 3

       Registered means you have your Login Number (PM#) and your Password

·         the PM# & Password are your ‘Private Login Keys’ to your Online Folder

·         your Online Folder is protected & secured by these Login Keys

·         never divulge or leave these Keys for others to use

·         tthe Keys can be vulnerable especially when using a computer that is not yours

Step 1.5 – Your next Step

      Allow OLS^® a reasonable period of time to complete Your-2^nd-Step which involves manually evaluating and assessing your Registration Form

      Please wait for MAIL from OLS^® advising you of your official ‘Registered status’ - before you start to complete any Online Folder Forms
