Quick Tests for You

Why should you be thinking of Sub-Contracting in OZ?

YES - the economy in Australia and Worldwide is worse than ever before

YES - thousands of employees are being laid off every hour of every day

YES - hundreds of companies are liquidating or closing up shop each day

BUT – there are corporations in Australia that are surviving and even expanding - as they slowly ‘take-over’ both the ‘clients and assets’ of the failing companies

SURVIVING TODAY – means these corporations understand that it is imperative that their overall goal is to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum and productivity levels kept at their highest – and in most cases this also means getting rid of staff!

SO WHY IS THIS GOOD? – well a tried and proven method to achieve cost & productivity goals is by:

·         Management ensuring that their companies only ‘Pay and Retain’ employees that they know are skilled, reliability, hardworking, and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to benefit everyone in the organisation

·         ‘Laying Off’ as soon as possible employees that are inflexible, or carry long term Workplace Agreement style ‘financial baggage’, etc.

“By studying the economic disasters of past the – experience shows that whenever companies think they may be in trouble - they first layoff as many permanent staff as possible - but retain as many of their ‘existing’ Sub-Contractors as possible!

And then they make sure they continue to fill any newly created vacancies with ‘new’ Sub-Contractors”
