is conditional upon the applicant
accepting the Terms and Conditions
as defined herein.
Members must understand and accept
that any
Chargeable Additional Services
they might agree to, request, or
accept from our Associates - is
considered a separate service
contract between the Member and the
Associate.
OLS® can in no way become
involved, or act as a mediator or
negotiator, in any such contract for
any reason.
Defined Terms
‘Terms’
means the Terms &
Conditions as defined or inferred
herein.
‘Oz-LifeStyle.com (Pty) Limited’
means
Oz-LifeStyle.com®,
Oz-LifeStyle®, or
OLS®.
‘Associate(s)’
means any of our
OLS® Business Associates.
‘We’ or ‘our’ or ‘us’ means
OLS® and/or our
Associates.
‘Member(s)’
or
‘applicant(s)’ or ‘visitor(s)’
or
‘client(s)’ or ‘migrant(s)’
or
‘you’ or
‘your(s)’ or
‘family’ means the individual(s) visiting or utilising the Services
of the
OLS® Website.
‘Oz-RooNews©’
means the
Free
email newsletter sent to all Members
or subscribed Visitors from time to
time.
‘Service’ means the assistance
Services provided by
OLS® and/or
Associates as defined in the
Website.
‘Free’ means that no Service
Fee is charged by OLS®
for our Service
‘Chargeable Additional
Services’ means any purchase or
request of Additional Service from
our Associates.
‘Additional Service(s)’
means any additional services,
chargeable or free, that may be
incurred by our Associates in
providing a Service that has been
requested or approved by the Member.
The
‘website’ or
‘www.oz-lifestyle.com’
means the online system provided by
OLS® which allows
the applicant to enter and
manipulate the Website from any
computer with internet access.
‘Online Folder’, ‘Folder’, ‘Form’,
or ‘Profile’
means the information provided by
the applicant about the applicant
and the applicant’s family which is
retained on the Website.
‘Login’ or ‘Login Area’
means the restricted area of the
Website that allows Members, using
their allocated Private Number and
their chosen Private Password to
update their Online Folder and
access our Service.
‘GST’ means any goods and
services tax or similar tax imposed
by the Commonwealth of Australia.
‘BOB’ means an
independent company, website, and
service fully owned and operated by
an Associate.
‘Refund(s)’ means the re-imbursement
amount defined in our Refund Policy.

Electronic Communications
When you visit OLS®,
send e-mails to us, or communicate
via the Login areas; you consent to
communicating with us electronically
and agree that all such
communications (including
agreements, notices, disclosure,
etc.) satisfy all legal requirements
as if in writing.
We will
communicate with you by e-mail or by
posting notices on this site.
If the Member does
not respond to any communication
related to the provision of the
Service within four (4) working
weeks, such failure will be deemed
as the Member’s express intention or
consent to cancel or suspend the
Service.
OLS®
reserves the right not to respond to
any query which is not sent through
the Login Area.
You can elect to
discontinue all future
correspondence from OLS®
at any time by ‘Cancelling’ your
Membership via the Website, and
selecting the
‘Un-subscribe’ link in your
Oz-RooNews©
email. OLS® will not be
responsible for any loss of data or
advice resulting from the Member
selecting to cancel their details.

access to your Folder is protected
by your Member Number and Password,
it is important that you protect
your password by making it known
ONLY to you.
OLS® will not be held

third parties to your Folder,

provided by you or were otherwise

The Member Registration is a
free
Service offered to you on our
Website. This Registration Form has
been specifically designed to
provide us with a preliminary
assessment of your ability to
satisfy the Australian Employment
criteria. You should not rely on a
positive or negative outcome from
our assessment processes as being a
true indication of our or your
ability to successfully apply for
your Employment to Australia.

The ‘Your-9-Steps’
of the Member status, as described
in our website, are designed to
gather all the information we
require about you and your family to
assist us in providing you with a
professional Online Folder &
Service.
The information
gathering and assessment process is
specifically broken down into
Your-9-Steps to help ensure success
when presenting your Folder to our
Associates for their professional
assistance.
Our Associates
efforts should then help ensure your
best chances of gaining Employment
in Australia.
Provision of Service
By Registering and then applying for
further Member status steps you are
able to receive a Service offered by
OLS®. The Service will
normally be delivered to you within
the time frame provided for in the
Service description. However, in
certain cases this may take longer,
depending on the complexity of your
Online Folder or the current
employment climate. The Service to
be provided to the Member may vary
from time to time dependant on
changes to regulations, or specific
circumstances, etc.
You should not rely on a positive or
negative outcome from our assessment
processes as being a true indication
of our or your ability to
successfully apply for employment in
Australia.
If a Member is rejected or
unsubscribed we are in no way
compelled, under any circumstances,
to detail or explain the reasons for
such a decision.
The Service is to be considered to
be satisfactorily delivered,
successful, and completed once the
Member chooses to progress to a new
or next Step, or if the last Step
taken was when the Member accepts
their Contract.
OLS® reserves the right
to refuse service, terminate Member
accounts, remove or edit content, or
cancel contracts at its sole
discretion.

Refund Policy
As OLS® does not charge
Members for the Service provided
there is no need for a Refund
Policy.
Refunds from our Associates do not
involve OLS®, our
Accountants, or our Bankers. The
Member is deemed to have engaged the
Services of our Associates, not OLS®,
for any such Services.
Guarantee of any Visas
We are not part of the Australian
Federal Government and as a private
company we do not have the authority
to grant, or obtain on your behalf,
a visa of any kind. We can only
assess, using our best endeavours,
people who want to migrate to
Australia. Please note that the
decision on all visa applications
rests with DIAC the Australian
Federal Government Department of
Immigration & Citizenship or their
registered Representatives and
Agents.
Information provided by the Member
OLS® will use and rely on
information provided by the Member
in the provision of the Service
without necessarily having
independently verified or assumed
responsibility for the accuracy or
completeness of such information.
Accordingly, the information
provided by the Member must be
correct, including contact details
such as e-mail, etc. and all Online
Folder details. If the information
provided by the Client is not
correct, the Service may not be
provided or accurate.
Information
provided to the Member
Any advice provided to you by OLS®
or our Associates should not be
used, accepted, or acted on by any
third party as each case can vary
depending on the particular
circumstances of the applicant and
the applicant's family. Such action
will result in an immediate breach
of our Terms.
The Service also takes into account
current and publicly available
Australian legislation and policy.
OLS® cannot be held
responsible for any inaccuracy
arising from changes to such
legislation and policy which are not
publicly available at the time the
Service is provided or which may
occur after the Service has been
provided to the Member.
The Member is encouraged to seek
additional guidance and make
independent enquiries before relying
on the information provided as part
of the Service.
In order to maintain professional
integrity, OLS® only
specialises in providing suitable
Member’s details to our Australian
Associates. Our Associates are the
people who are qualified to provide
business, taxation, contract, and
employment advice. OLS®
cannot offer any perceived
professional advice regarding
taxation, business, education,
qualifications, contracts, or
investments.
Any information provided by
employees of OLS® or our
Website should only be interpreted
as general information and the
Member should obtain their own
professional advice regarding these
matters.

Termination of Service
OLS® reserves the right
to terminate the agreement, your
registration, or ability for you to
have full or partial access to this
website and/or any other service
provided to you by us for any
reason, including any improper use
of this site, provision of false or
misleading information, or your
failure to comply with these Terms.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to
your visit to OLS® or the
service you receive through OLS®
shall be submitted to confidential
arbitration in the city of Sydney,
in the Commonwealth of Australia.
Arbitration under this agreement
shall be conducted in accordance
with the procedure adopted by
Commonwealth of Australia Law. The
arbitrator's decision shall be
binding and may be entered as a
judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction. To the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, no
arbitration under this Agreement
shall be joined to an arbitration
involving any other party subject to
this Agreement, whether through
class arbitration proceedings or
otherwise.
In the event that you have in any
manner violated or threatened to
violate our intellectual property
rights, OLS®, may seek
injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any court in Australia and
you consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue in such
courts.
Disclaimer
of Warranties and limitation of
Liability
This site is provided by OLS®
on and with an ‘as is’ and ‘as
available’ basis.
OLS® makes no
representations or warranties of any
kind, express or implied, as to the
operation of this site. You
expressly agree that your use of
this site is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by
applicable law, OLS®
disclaims all warranties. OLS®
does not warrant that this site, its
servers, or e-mail sent from OLS®
are free of error, viruses or other
harmful components. OLS®
will not be liable for any damages

limited to, direct, indirect,
incidental, punitive, and

cost of the service OLS®
provides to the Member.

law, the Client must indemnify and
hold harmless OLS®, its
officers, employees, agents and
related companies (Indemnified
Persons) against all Liabilities
(including legal costs on a full
indemnity basis) incurred by the
Indemnified Person in connection
with the provision of the Service by
OLS®, except the
Liability arising from the
negligence or default of any of the
Indemnified Persons.

Governing Law
The agreement Terms shall be
governed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Australia. The
Courts of Australia shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to settle any
disputes (including claims of
set-off and counterclaims) in
connection with this Agreement.
General
No person has been authorised to
give any representations on behalf
of OLS® in regards to the
subject matter or the terms of these
Terms.
Headings in these Terms are for
convenience only and do not affect
the interpretation of these Terms.
OLS® may vary any of
these Terms and any other
information relating to the Service
at any time, and your subsequent use
of the website will be governed by
the varied Terms.
In the event that any of the
provisions of these Terms are or
shall become invalid, illegal or
unenforceable, the remainder shall
survive unaffected.
Privacy and Release of Information
OLS® takes reasonable
steps to protect the personal
information collected by us from
misuse, loss, unauthorised access,
and from modification or disclosure.
OLS® may use and disclose
the Member's (and if applicable, the
Member's family's) personal
information for the primary purpose
for which it is collected, for
reasonably expected secondary
purposes which are related to the
primary purpose and in other
circumstances.
In general, OLS® will
disclose the Member's personal
information for the following
purposes:
to conduct our business;
to provide our services;
to communicate with the
Client;
to comply with our legal
obligations;
to help us manage and
improve our services.
The Member may gain access to copies
of their information by contacting us.
A fee may be charged for providing
such copies and OLS® will advise
the Member of the likely cost in advance.
Due to privacy laws, we are unable
to discuss your personal details with any
third party enquiring on your behalf
(including family) unless you provide your
consent in writing authorising us to do so.
